Sometimes one idea just leads to another. After altering some of the Rummikub® game pieces to make reusable gift tags and Christmas tree ornaments. I was thinking about how blank some of the images seemed. I thought it might be interesting to take a few of them and make faux postage stamps out of them. Above is 6 of the 7 different images I digitally altered. They have been decoupaged onto the game pieces. Below is some gifts using the tags.

where did you get the images used for this project?

I started with holiday images are from Dover Publications. I don’t remember which books. I have a few of them. I used Adobe to modify them to look like stamps.
