Happy Valentines Day! Hearts and a Dozen Roses
February 14, 2008
Happy Valentines Day to you. Thank you to all the people that read my blog.
I was feeling in the a Valentine sort of mood last night, so I put together a couple of charm bracelets with embossed discs. I thought it would be cute to put together a dozen roses.
I was also feeling a little blue, so I put together a hearts and flowers bracelet as well. Definitely a better sort of blue.
The little discs are definitely a trash to treasure story. I don’t know their original use. We bought them with a magnetic rod at a garage sale. A seller on etsy says they’re bingo markers. My children were done playing with them. I would have sent them to the thrift store if I hadn’t been so fascinated by the colors. So years later they’ve been repurposed into handmade jewelry.
I won’t be listing these for sale. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy them.
I hope you have a wonderful Valentines.
