When you watch the video, you’ll see why I’ve been hesitant to try the marshmallow fondant.  It looks icky sticky.  I really don’t make that many cakes, so I thought I would just look around and put up some links to go back and refer to later.

I like this one for getting a smooth surface on your cake.  It’s not fondant, but you have to put a crumb coat on your cake before laying the fondant.  It’s a little long, but she is good.  Now I want to buy a Lazy Susan.
