Exploring Marshmallow Fondant Making
August 3, 2008
When you watch the video, you’ll see why I’ve been hesitant to try the marshmallow fondant. It looks icky sticky. I really don’t make that many cakes, so I thought I would just look around and put up some links to go back and refer to later.
This looks like a good standard recipe.

AHA! A woman after my own heart…why get your hands sticky when you have a Kitchenaid (or some mixer like that!).

I like this one for getting a smooth surface on your cake. It’s not fondant, but you have to put a crumb coat on your cake before laying the fondant. It’s a little long, but she is good. Now I want to buy a Lazy Susan.
