Raspberry Jelly
We’ve had a little too abundant of a group of raspberries this year. I can’t pick them fast enough and we can’t seem to be able to eat them fast enough. I pulled out my juicers the other day and decided to juice them. I didn’t care if I left some seeds in. I just wanted to be able to preserve as much of that berry flavor as possible.

Last night I canned some jellies. I decided to take a photo with the light shining through the jars to show how pretty raspberry jelly can be.
Loganberry Jelly
I also made some loganberry jelly. The light doesn’t shine through the jars very well. My husband tells me he loves the flavor of this jelly.
Juicers

I bought both of these juicers at garage sales.  They are both Acme Supreme Juicerators.  Both of them were barely used.  I think for a while they were part of a healthy juice fad.  I bought the fully plastic one first.  When I found the one with the metal top, I decided I liked it so much better than the plastic one, I bought it too.  With so many berries I had both juicers running at the same time.  It made me feel a little less guilty about having two juicers.

Well, you definitely needed both of them. So don’t feel guilty.
